>>Brewers Go Up 2-Games-To-1 In NLCS With Shutout Win

(Los Angeles, CA)  —  The Milwaukee Brewers pitching staff shut out an opponent for the third time in six postseason games, beating the Dodgers Monday night 4-0.  Orlando Arcia belted a two-run homer and Jhoulys Chacin combined with four relievers on the shutout.  Los Angeles did manage to load the bases in the bottom of the ninth, but closer Jeremy Jeffress struck out Yasmani Grandal and Brian Dozier to end the game.  The Dodgers were held to five hits and they struck out 14 times.  Game-four of the best-of-seven series is tonight (Tuesday) at 8:09 P-M.

>>Packers Rally From Behind To Beat San Francisco 33-30

(Green Bay, WI)  —  Quarterback Aaron Rodgers rallied his team from behind to score twice in the closing minutes of a 33-30 win on Monday Night Football.  The Packers trailed 30-23 with less than four minutes to go.  A 27-yard field goal by Mason Crosby broke the tie and gave Green Bay the win.  Rodgers threw for 425 yards and two touchdowns.  With most of the Packers’ starting wide receivers sidelined with injuries, Davante Adams caught 10 passes for 132 yards and both passing T-Ds.  Crosby was perfect on four field goal attempts after missing four kicks the week before.  Green Bay gets to enjoy the victory during a bye week, then plays at Los Angeles against the Rams October 28th.
